When enrolled into the Managed Booking Service we'll ensure that all deposits etc. are collected at the time of booking either by personal cheque or via our credit card services. Our credit card processing service allows us to secure your bookings at the time of the initial enquiry, no more promises of cheques in the post that never arrive and lost bookings.

Where's the Catch?

Quite simply, there is no catch. We take care of all your bookings and enquiries for you and assist your clients in every possible way to get their holiday in Turkey off with a smooth start.

How Much does it Cost?

We ask nothing to enroll in the letting Service. Once your property setup is completed, for each confirmed booking we pass to you, you will be charged 20% of the total price.

For this small per booking fee you will get our professional services and be relaxed knowing your property and clients are in caring experienced hands.

If you also prefer to manage your own bookings, you will be given a password to manage your property's calendar.
