Basically it was about the expectations and preferences of British people who buy property in Turkey. Because of excessive applications for the workshops there were held 3 of them. Ms. Gozlem Gozeten arrived from London was also present as an independent expert. In total, the seminars were attended by over 50 representatives of real estate companies. The final idea is that the British people prefer a private, well-protected villa and it also is of great importance that they want their property to be close to beaches, urban centers, hospitals, etc.

Dacre suggested that within the next 10 years, over 150 thousand of real estate in Turkey will be sold to the British. It plays an important role of the fact that, presumably, at the latest, in 2015 Turkey will become a full member of the EU and the British plan their investments in that way.
