The construction of high quality village "Green Olbia" started!
In december 2009 developer company Model Invest has started the construction of their high quality village project. The luxurious site called Green Olbia will present comfortable & charming facilities for its residents and is distinctive with its location beyond the magnificent mountains.
The construction of the village is planned by Model Invest to be finished till the end of september 2010.
Today, sharply rising population density and level of development is inevitably leading to the construction of a large number of buildings and urban development. However, during the process of urbanization, the fact of damage to cultural, environmental and historical features of built-up area oftenly is not taken into consideration.
